      How do I set my Aloware up and get the most from it? (Sales Reps)

      New and need to set up Aloware? Follow this step by step tutorial to get up and running fast.

       

       

      Downloading Aloware:

      1. Accept your invite to Aloware and Login
      2. Download the following:
        1. Mobile App
        2. Desktop App - You will want the "Talk" Beta version
        3. Set Up Chrome Extension (If you are not on chrome, I would recommend downloading chrome)
      3. Once you have downloaded each application, your next step is to login with your user name and password. 
        1. Set your mobile aloware app to focus mode

       

      Connect Your New Number To Your Hubspot Account:

      1. Login to Hubspot. Before completing this step make sure you are logged into your mobile app and logged into your Aloware account.
        1. Click on your hubspot settings by locating the gear in the top right corner of your screen.
        2. Select the "Calling" setting located under the general tab after clicking on settings.
        3. Click on add phone number and follow the steps (It is easiest to set up by selecting the "call me" option instead of sms during your number validation.
